The TETRA Association and partners are pleased to offer the following training courses during 2010.

TETRAfirst
A one-day course that provides a comprehensive introduction to TETRA.

This course is aimed at managers, project managers, sales people, system administrators, users, engineers and others who work – or will work – with TETRA systems or radios and want to get an overview of the TETRA market, the capabilities of TETRA and the technology.
Course content 

TETRAcomplete
A two-day course that is the definitive TETRA course. It is aimed at delegates who already have a good understanding of mobile radio networks and it provides an ideal way for those attendees who have completed the TETRAfirst course to get a fuller and more technical understanding of TETRA.

This course is aimed at managers, project managers, engineers , end users and others who need a more in depth knowledge of TETRA and an understanding of the issues associated with designing and planning a TETRA network. It examines the TETRA radio interface, radio propagation at TETRA frequencies, radio network planning and network dimensioning.
Course content 

TETRAsecurity
A specialist one day course that addresses all aspects of TETRA security. Delegates should have completed the TETRAfirst course or have gained a sufficient level of TETRA knowledge elsewhere.

This course is aimed at managers, project managers, sales people, system administrators, users, engineers and others who work – or will work – with TETRA systems or radios and require a comprehensive understanding of TETRA security.
Course content 

Each course is designed and delivered by TETRA Association Members who are also recognised as leading TETRA experts in their particular area. At the successful completion of each training course delegates will receive a certificate from the TETRA Association.

Presentation and materials are in English. They can also be presented in German and Mandarin.

The next courses planned for 2010 will take place from the 15th to the 18th November 2010 at both of the following two venues:

The three courses will be delivered on consecutive days - TETRAfirst on the 15th followed by TETRAcomplete on the 16th and 17th and then TETRAsecurity on the 18th November 2010..

Delegates will be provided with lunch and other refreshments throughout the day. They will need to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Contact us for further information training@tetra-association.com 

Prices

The prices for these training courses are as follows:

For non-members the price for each one day of training is €700.
Therefore TETRAfirst and TETRAsecurity are each priced at €700 and TETRAcomplete, a two day course, is €1400
 
For Members the first day of training is €675 a saving of €25

Any two days of training: €1,350 a saving of €50

Any three days of training: €2,000 a further saving of  €50

All four days of training: €2,500 a total saving of €300

Prices are quoted in euros for your convenience. Payment can be arranged in other currencies.
